Been Through It!

Well, the title says it all, I've been thought it! Too much has happened since my lost post. I do not even know where to start. Since I do not know where to start, how about I just leave all of that negative stuff that has happened to me in the past and reflect on the positive things. Such as my life. I am still breathing so thank the Most High for that! I have my husband and children, which is another huge plus:)
One thing that I would like to reflect on is my Spotlight feature! What is this spotlight feature? Just something super awesome for little budding handbag designers such as myself, lol. Haute Handbags, a wonderfully beautiful magazine, has just sent me my own magazine because they chose my tote to be in the fall issue. Cool right? I KNOW!!!! I am STILL excited and overjoyed at this accomplishment. It makes up for all of the literal HELL that I have been going through these past few months. It really feels good to type this on out!, lol!! I have been working on some new designs for my shop, and my rug orders have kept me super busy, I'm not complaining though. I need the work and the money that comes along with it. I will share when I get them all organized, but for now here is a sneak peak.

I've Been SUPER Busy

Along with my 2 shops that have gotten me relatively great business, I have my three beautiful active homeschooled children to keep me on the edge.
I have finally moved out of my small but wonderful two bedroom apartment, into a nice 4 bedroom home in the city. I can't say that I love the change, but I'm getting a little use to it as far as where the stores and parks are concerned. I just can't get use to some of these people around here though (flamboyant, over the top homosexuals), hey, it's Atlanta, what more else can I say... Please don't say get use to it I just can't and will not. Anyways... We've been in our house for a few months now a EVERYTHING that can go wrong in a new neighborhood has taken course. Well, not everything, I just like to exaggerate a bit. We have been here since the closing of spring and at the end of summer when everything was going so right my baby's tricycle was stolen right outside of garage. Can you believe that -ish? I am still in disbelief-no I'm not, I'm still pissed off. It had to have been a dopehead. For real, who does that stuff but them? Times are really getting bad when a grown man steals a baby's tricycle, huh?
Then the next week, (probably the same punk) someone stole our old but awesome Honda Accord. Talk about me being bitter about anyone that walks up and down these streets. I'm looking at everyone sideways! lol. Thankfully I have a wonderful mother! She is lending us her car until we get a new one:) She is so kind and loving. Although we don't always see eye-to-eye, I will always be her baby girl:), and she will do anything for me and my siblings. LOVE YOU MOMMY!
On another great note, we are expecting our forth child this winter! We can't wait! Especially these children, but I am super eager to deliver so that I can loose this weight that I have put on:) I have many weeks to go and am already over 200lbs. With my last 3 I was either 200lbs when I gave birth, or almost 200lbs. This is the heaviest that I have been in my life, and it feels terrible! I have trouble breathing sometimes, walking up stairs is a task too. Hopefully breastfeeding and exercise will help me shed this weight like my last 3, but you never really know.

My Little Butterfly

She is so sassy, so sweet, so caring, so kind...she is my little butterfly. This is one of my favorite pictures of my sweet baby girl, with her so very cute butterfly headband that mommy made her:)

I really love it when she doesn't smile, she reminds me so much of me when I was a child, mean and bossy, yet sweet caring. Leah is her own person though. She is becoming such an independent little girl, wanting to do things on her own time and all by herself! Just a few more months and this baby will be 2 years old. My, my does time fly.

Check out my butterfly headbands at Shana B. Coming SOON! Thanks for reading:)

Hello Spring! Yeah...the Bees Too!

Another season, another day to be thankful for. Tree leaves are blooming, and the bumblebees... Do you know exactly what they are doing? Gathering pollen? Yes and no, they are scaring the mess out of my 3 year old baby. Adrian is terrified of bumble bees. Since he was two, he has not liked any bug, and until the bees are finished their work around here, we will not go outside to play. All because of his phobia. I have to find out how to rid him of that fear of bugs thing soon. It's really annoying. I was a little bad though, "come on Adrian lets go get the bees!", lol!! It was funny. My little boy clung to me and did not want to let go.

Well, I hope you all are enjoying the bumblebees as much as I am!

Last Bits of Autumn

A few days ago, my little tribe and I decided to go read and eat outside. I knew that it was going to be a little nippy out there, but I had no idea that we would be back home within 15-25 minutes. Man, I got cold and when I get cold, I run! Seriously, we did not have any gloves on...we had hats on our heads, but of course that is not good enough. Little fingers love to pick up things and play, throw, break, and ask many questions about their findings. When there is nippy weather, it is just not as fun to run around bare finger tip in all. My little princess enjoyed her little time outside, but I can tell she was ready to go, just like her "Mae". Yeah my name turned from Mommy, to Mae as soon as she started to talk. The boys try to tell her "No, Mommy", but she insists on "Mae".

We absolutely love to be outdoors, but when that cold breeze hits, that is it. time to go!

Adrian will not have it though, I told him, "Come on Adrian time to go, it's cold." This little boy told me that he's not ready to go, he's hot! What! You better put that stick down and come on wit your silly self. LOL! He is so stubborn! Christian on the other hand is so easy going though. He was right beside me because he knew that his fingers couldn't stand it any longer either. He was so loud though, "my fingers are cold, we NEED gloves!" He did however manage to pick up some of the cutest tiniest, acorns I have ever seen. We'll be back out there soon before the real cold hits the streets.
